4. You have to click on New Post to enable your blogger ID.
5. You have to assign a name to your blog. Blogger gives you option either you have your own custom domain name and you want to use it or you want to use bloggers sub-domain. Assign your name. The sub-domain name will be like http://www.yourwebsite.blogspot.com.
6. After the assigned name you have to create a name of your blog. Choose it appropriately.
7. Now when this thing is done you will see the bloggers dashboard in-front of you. The dashboard will consist of different options where you could suggest or do any changes in your blog.
8. The next thing is to select the theme of your blog. Choose it according to the topic and your interest.
9. You can select the theme other than the blogger's usual themes. For that option is available.
10. Now you have to publish your first post.
11. Select the topic and add the material whatever you want to write in it.
12. You can add pictures in your article.
13. You can add videos as well. These videos are of Youtube. You can attach that video with your article.

There are unlimited websites in the world and on various topics. You can search for each and everything whatever you think or like. So for creating a new website you have to be unique. Now if once the height stops increasing, I am talking about the natural one, then it is very difficult to get it back to the track. Now what to do and how to tackle with this twist of life. Honestly speaking, those of you looking for a miracle that can increase your height a few inches in a few days, your believe, you can expect it to happen but it does not happen and it will not. Have courage to face the truth. But why then I have written this article, let's see that,
YOU WOULD LOOK TO DO THESE:
Firstly you should look to correct your posture. By doing this you could add a few centi-metres to your original height.
Secondly be involved in some games. I would suggest you the following which will help you to increase your height:
Finally, and the most important thing is a bit of exercise I will tell you. The matter is this exercise is all about stretching and no miracle or trick is there that will increase your height automatically. These are the simple exercises that will stretch your muscles and elongate them to add 2-3 inches to your original height. There is a hormone responsible for growth known as Human Growth Hormone. These exercises will help you to activate this hormone. These are the simple exercises that could be done at home and need no as such important equipment as well. So if your height has stopped increasing, then you must do the following exercises and I am sure you can get some extra inches. You will start seeing the results in a few days.
EXERCISES THAT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE:
1. First is the jumping exercise, don't laugh at it, its a serious one. Its just like jumping for a basketball in a game. Have something hung with your ceiling, so you can aim for it. With your hands stretched high above jump and try to touch that aim. Jump 20 to 30 times.
2. Second exercise is the walking exercise. Try to force your body up, while stretching the muscles of your upper body mainly chest region,hold your breathe and walk ten steps. Do this exercise 10 to 20 times.
3. For third exercise stand straight and try to touch the ground with your finger tips while your knees should not bend. It will be difficult at the beginning but afterwards you will become habitual of it. As you become good with this exercise you can start touching your hands and palms etc. with the ground to stretch your knees.Do this exercise 80 to 100 times.
4. Now you have to lay down somewhere have some long cloth or something like that. Put beneath your one foot and hold the two ends with your hands and apply some force with your hands to stretch your legs while your knees should not bend. Try to bring you legs towards yourself. Do this forty to fifty times. Now do the same with the other leg and then with both of the legs. It concludes our exercise.
AND NEVER FORGET:
There are some other things to do as well.
1. Do this exercise at night, just before sleeping.
2. Have a cup of warm milk and go to sleep.
3. Have a sound sleep of at least 8 hours.
