         2. Second exercise is the walking exercise. Try to force your body up, while stretching the muscles of your upper body mainly chest region,hold your breathe and walk ten steps. Do this exercise 10 to 20 times.
         3. For third exercise stand straight and try to touch the ground with your finger tips while your knees should not bend. It will be difficult at the beginning but afterwards you will become habitual of it. As you become good with this exercise you can start touching your hands and palms etc. with the ground to stretch your knees.Do this exercise 80 to 100 times.
         4. Now you have to lay down somewhere have some long cloth or something like that. Put beneath your one foot and hold the two ends with your hands and apply some force with your hands to stretch your legs while your knees should not bend. Try to bring you legs towards yourself. Do this forty to fifty times. Now do the same with the other leg and then with both of the legs. It concludes our exercise.

AND NEVER FORGET:

 There are some other things to do as well.
         1. Do this exercise at night, just before sleeping.
         2. Have a cup of warm milk and go to sleep.
         3. Have a sound sleep of at least 8 hours.
